H.ood is a small studio, unfortunately we do not accept any returns except damaged or lost item during shipping. Approved orders may be changed or cancelled prior to shipment.
Each item will be carefully packed before shipping. If damage occurs during transit, please email H.ood within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt, you may be required to provide photos for further assessment. All returns must be pre- approved.
Return shipping postage will be customers responsibility.
